Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. About these terms
This website, tiggaandmax.com, is operated by Tigga Press ("we", "us", "our"), ABN 80872973813, of Suite 17, 89-97 Jones Street, Ultimo NSW 2007, Australia
These terms apply whenever you use our website, download a free resource, join the Adventure Club, or subscribe to our emails. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.
We do not sell books on this website. All of our books are sold through Amazon, and those purchases are governed by Amazon’s terms, not ours (see clause 5).
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
2. Who can use this site
Our books are made for children aged 5 to 9, but this website is for adults.
You must be at least 18 to submit a form, subscribe to our emails or join the Adventure Club. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or carer to do it for you.
By submitting any form, you confirm you are the parent or carer of any child whose details you provide, and that you’re giving those details with their interests in mind.
3. Free downloads and printables
We offer free colouring pages, activity packs, Adventure Maps, badges and certificates. When you download one, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
• Print it as many times as you like for your own children or the children in your care
• Print and use it in a classroom, library, childcare or home-school setting
• Give printed copies to children you’re working with
You may not:
• Sell, licence or otherwise charge for our files or printed copies of them
• Upload our files to a website, file-sharing service, marketplace, print-on-demand service or app
• Share the download file itself, please send people to our website instead
• Remove or alter our name, logos, characters or copyright notices
• Use our files or characters in your own commercial products, merchandise or advertising
• Use our content to train an AI or machine learning model
If you’d like to use our material beyond this, email us, we’re usually happy to say yes to reasonable requests.
4. Intellectual property
Everything on this website and in our books, the Tigga and Max characters, illustrations, stories, text, badges, maps, certificates, logos, layout and design, is owned by us or used under licence, and protected by copyright and trademark law.
Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you. The licence in clause 3 is the only right you get, and we can withdraw it if these terms are breached.
5. Buying our books
All Tigga & Max books are sold through Amazon. We do not take payments, process orders or ship anything from this website.
When you click a "Buy on Amazon" link you leave our site. Your purchase is a contract between you and Amazon, and Amazon’s terms and conditions apply, including their pricing, payment, delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds. Our links send you to the Amazon store for your country where one is available.
This means:
• Prices and availability shown anywhere on our site are indicative only. The price on Amazon at the time you order is the price that applies.
• Amazon has the right to alter its selling prices at its discretion. The Amazon selling price may increase or decrease, and it may differ from the list price shown on our website.
• We have no control over Amazon’s selling price, stock levels, delivery times, shipping costs or import duties.
• Order problems, damaged books, missing deliveries and refunds are handled by Amazon, through your Amazon account.
We can’t access your Amazon order, so we can’t cancel it, change it or refund it. If something’s gone wrong with a book, please still tell us at [email protected], we want to know, and we’ll help where we can.
6. Your rights as a consumer
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they aren’t of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure.
If you’re outside Australia, you have whatever consumer rights apply where you live, and Amazon’s own returns policy for your country will usually be the fastest route.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can’t be excluded by law. Because purchases are made through Amazon, start any claim with Amazon, then tell us as well, so we can look into it.
7. The Adventure Club
The Adventure Club is a free rewards programme. Children collect badges, map pieces and certificates as they collect each book.
• Membership is arranged by a parent or carer, using their own contact details
• Rewards are printable digital files, not physical items, unless we say otherwise
• We may change, pause or end the Adventure Club, or change what the rewards are, at any time
• We may remove a member who breaches these terms
8. Emails
If you opt in, we’ll email you about new books, printables, offers and Adventure Club news. You can unsubscribe from any email or by contacting us at [email protected]. We’ll still send emails needed to deliver something you asked for, such as a download link.
9. Using the site properly
You agree not to:
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that damages or disrupts it
• Attempt to access areas, accounts or data you’re not authorised to access
• Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download our content by automated means
• Introduce malware or attempt to interfere with the site’s security
• Submit false details, or someone else’s details without their permission
• Post or send anything abusive, offensive, misleading or infringing
We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you’ve breached this clause.
10. Reviews, comments and anything you send us
If you send us a review, photo, comment, suggestion or a picture your child has coloured, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in our marketing and on our website and social media.
Please don’t send us photos that identify a child unless you’re their parent or carer and you’re happy for them to be used this way. Tell us if you’d rather we didn’t use a first name.
You confirm that anything you send is yours to send and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We can decline to use or remove anything, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to immediately remove any comments, reviews, or submissions that are defamatory, hostile, bad-faith, or unrelated to the actual enjoyment of our books.
11. Links to other sites
Our site links to third parties, including Amazon and our social media pages. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link isn’t an endorsement.
12. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
The fun facts, activities and educational content in our books and downloads are provided for entertainment and general interest. They’re not professional educational, developmental or health advice. Age recommendations are a guide only, you know your child best.
Supervision. Colouring materials, scissors and glue used with our printables should be used with appropriate adult supervision. We’re not responsible for how craft materials are used.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
• We provide the website and free downloads "as is"
• We’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill
• Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it’s limited to resupplying the goods or service, or paying the cost of doing so
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on our website; with the date it was last updated at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
We operate this website from Australia. If you use it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
17. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.
